Standard ground shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the contiguous United States. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
Can I return my suitcase if it's not the right fit?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy on all unused products. Items must be returned in their original packaging with tags attached for a full refund.
Are Travelpro® carry-ons compliant with airline size restrictions?
Most of our carry-on models are designed to meet the 22 x 14 x 9 inch requirements for major domestic airlines, but we recommend checking with your specific carrier before flying.
How do I clean and maintain my luggage?
For soft-sided luggage, use a damp cloth with mild soap. For hardshell models, a non-abrasive cleaner is recommended. Avoid using bleach or harsh chemicals.
